Mikey Smith (The Original Anything Goes Show)

 

Straight from School Mikey Smith went on to College to study Music Production and Technology,

and became hooked on Dance Music.

As he had already began DJing in his early teens, in his bedroom and at family parties, he looked for more of a challenge and was able to branch out to the clubs in and around Birmingham and was given opportunities in Venues such as Subway City and Scarlett, which paved the way for Mikey to progress to events like Just Garage, Bassline Heaven and I love UKG. It was due to his skill and determination that he was able to attract attention from some local stations and from here, he honed his craft. These stations included:

Noize Uk Radio ,Uk Session, Subice Radio, and eventually he was able to settle on Freek Fm.

The anything goes show is about the feeling and the mood of the listeners,  Mikey plays almost anything, as the name suggests, but mainly sticking with UKG, house and bass.  He also has Special Guest appearing on a regular basis!!

We like to think of the show as the Sunday hangover special.
